About Us

We design AI Operating Systems for B2B consultants and coaches; comprehensive blueprints that transform scattered tools into intelligent, automated business machines. We partner with clients to map their entire operation, then place skilled AI Engineers to bring those systems to life.

This isn't generic automation work. You'll be building end-to-end AI systems that handle lead nurturing, client onboarding, service delivery, and business intelligence, all customized to each client's specific workflow and tech stack

The Role

As an AI Engineer, you'll work directly with our clients to implement their AI Operating System blueprint. You'll take detailed system architectures and turn them into working, production-ready automation flows.

What you'll build:

Intelligent workflow automations using n8n, Make.com, and custom integrations
RAG-powered knowledge systems that understand client-specific context
AI agents for lead qualification, client communication, and task automation
CRM integrations with systems like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and custom databases
Real-time dashboards and business intelligence pipelines
Voice AI systems and chatbot implementations

Requirements

Must-Haves

3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms
Working knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems
Experience integrating APIs and webhooks across multiple systems
Comfortable with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude)
Reliable high-speed internet and professional work environment

Strong advantages:

Experience with GraphRAG or HybridRAG architectures
Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
Familiarity with CRMs: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce
Experience with AI voice agents (Vapi, Bland.ai) or chatbot builders
Custom LLM fine-tuning experience

Engagement Details

Compensation: $10–$30/hour USD, based on experience and demonstrated skills

Engagement type: Contract-based, flexible hours

Full-time (30–40 hrs/week)
Part-time (15–25 hrs/week)
Project-based (10–15 hrs/week)

Location: Remote. Must be available for client calls during US business hours (9am–6pm EST) at least some of the time.

Communication: Async-first via Slack, with Loom video updates to explain your work and communicate progress.
